Flexible services with no fixed costs

Whether you want to send something small or large, parcel or letter, we have a service catering to your needs.

As a business customer, there are no overhead costs or sign-on fees you need to pay. Just pay for what you send, and any additional services you use.

You'll also have the possibility to sign a service agreement with us for the services you use the most. This means you'll pay a reduced price for future deliveries.

"Are your services customizable?"

Yes! All of our letter and parcel services have several additional services. For example, Signature Assurance, ID check, and Climate compensation.

"Are there services exclusive to business customers?"

Yes! Several of our most popular services are only available to business customers through Portal Business. For example, First Class Mail and Varubrev.

"Does it cost anything to be a business customer?"

No! There are no overhead costs and no sign-up fees for business customers. You only pay for the deliveries you order and additional services you use.

"I want to pay through invoice. Is that possible?"

Yes! Business customers pay for their orders with monthly invoices. You can also pay through direct debit, and we offer a 30-day credit line. We will need to make a credit check before you can use our services.

"Do I pay less if I order more deliveries?"

Yes! We offer service agreement pricing per service. This means that you can get reduced pricing for services where your monthly shipments exceed a specific quota. 

"Is it complicated to be a service customer?"

No! You only need to follow the steps in our onboarding process to register your company and register an account in Portal Business. When that's done, you're ready to start sending deliveries.

Become a business customer today – register your company in our business portal

The first step in becoming a business customer is to register your company in our business portal.

The business portal is a powerful shipping tool that provides a comprehensive overview of all your deliveries. You'll get easy access to services and tools to optimize and analyze your logistics flow.

Registering is easy, done in your web browser, and free of charge. There are no sign-up fees or overhead costs in being a PostNord business customer. You only pay for the parcels and letters you send, and the additional services you use.

Getting ready for the onboarding:

  • An organisation number for the company you want to register.
  • A valid Bank ID.
  • Contact details of the company signatory (if it's not you).
