What is First Class Mail Domestic?
First Class Mail Domestic is the service for everyone who wants to send business letters weighing up to 2 kg to addresses in Sweden – with rapid delivery. First Class Mail letters are easy to frank using our Port Payé block labels or a franking machine. These letters can be handed in at any of our service points no later than 4 p.m. or dropped off directly at a mail terminal no later than 6 p.m. for distribution to commence on the next business day.
To utilize this service, you need to be one of our service agreement customers.
Delivery
First Class Mail Domestic letters are delivered within 1–2 business days after being handed in.
How do I use this service?
Mark the envelope using our Port Payé block label and register an invoice document in our digital tool ELIN. Port Payé shipments can be handed in at our service points and mail terminals.
You can also use a franking machine to send First Class Mail. These machines are simple to use and ensure that you always have easy access to the right postage. Franked shipments can be posted in any of our mailboxes or handed in at a service point.
