All prices are valid from January 1 2023, and are exempt from VAT unless otherwise stated. The prices below apply to direct-payment customers.
For more services and prices, see price lists for private customers. As of January 1 2020, the bulk item surcharge is included in the price of stamped letters.

Express letter may not contain means of payment and can not be posted on the mailbox.

The notification is normally delivered within two working days after drop-off.

Your mail item may be at most 60 cm long.
Purchase Skicka Hem in Skicka Direkt. Print a shipping label, affix it to the mail item and drop it off at a postal agent. The service can be tracked. Skicka Hem provides you with drop-off and delivery confirmations, as well as e-mail or SMS notification. The service is not an additional service to another service. In addition, it is not possible to buy any additional services for this service.
Skicka Hem is normally distributed within two working days after drop-off. If the letter is too large to fit in the mailbox, it can be collected from a PostNord service point.

Proof of Delivery SEK 31.
Letters containing goods shall have an address label with a unique item ID number, customs documentation and customs EDI which can be created via Skicka Direkt. With this information stored electronically the delivery time can be faster compared to letters with stamps. It is important that you write the senders name and address on the letter, otherwise PostNord cannot send the letter to the receiving country.
