Postage rates

Postage is the fee you pay to send letters and packages. Here we have collected postage tables with prices that apply to sending letters and packages both domestically and abroad.

The price of postage is based, among other things, on weight and where your letter or package is to be sent. There are different types of postage – stamp, postage code (digital stamp) and delivery note – which can be purchased from our postal agents, in our web shop, app or Skicka Direkt.

The postage you need to send your letter or package is calculated automatically in Skicka Direkt. If you would rather visit us to receive personal service, you are welcome to our postal agents.

See our postage tables below which give an overview of which prices apply to postage.

Letters send with too low postage

What happens?

Post-taxation for you as the sender

You, as the sender, will be re-charged because a shipment you sent did not have enough postage.

The fee consists of the difference between paid postage and correct postage plus a post-tax fee of SEK 44 for the first letter (plus SEK 11 per subsequent letter).

Post-taxation for you as recipient

If an insufficiently franked or unfranked letter has no sender, you as the recipient will instead be post-taxed.

The fee consists of the difference between the paid postage and the correct postage plus SEK 22 in post-taxation fee. You receive information about the amount and how payment is made via a letter sent to you.
