When you have submitted a complaint

We will send you a confirmation when we have received your complaint. We will contact you if we need more information, such as a receipt or invoice documentation. Otherwise we will contact you when our investigation is complete.

Customer Ombudsman

The task of the Customer Ombudsman is to coordinate and impartial review the message you as a customer have received, so that we improve our products, services and service.

Request for review

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from customer service, you can contact the Customer Ombudsman for a request for review.
