What is PostNord Service Point?

Our PostNord Service Point service is intended for private individuals who want to send parcels weighing up to 20 kilos to recipients anywhere in Sweden.

The parcel is trackable throughout, and the recipient is notified when their parcel is ready for collection from one of our service points. You can order the PostNord Service Point service and pay the shipping via postnord.se, the PostNord App, or at any of our service points.

Choose postnord.se or PostNord App to benefit from a lower price. If you want to use Parcel Post for recipients outside Sweden, choose Parcel Post International instead. 

Delivery

If the recipient does not collect the parcel, it is returned to you – the sender – and you will be charged a fixed fee for the return processing.

Goods Insurance

PostNord accepts liability for goods up to the value of SEK 5,000 per shipment. You can supplement our standard liability cover by taking out separate goods insurance. The maximum insurable value is SEK 200,000 per parcel.

The size of the compensation is based on the value of the goods. For additional information about liability and goods insurance, see the terms and conditions for PostNord Service Point (Swedish only). Goods insurance is not valid if the parcel contents are second-hand/used. 

 

How do I use this service?

Send via postnord.se

  1. Buy at postnord.se. 
  2. State the parcel's weight.
  3. Under “Choose delivery method”, select “Hem”. 
  4. Enter the information required for the sender and recipient. 
  5. After completing payment, you can choose whether you want to print the shipping note yourself or prefer to present a QR code at a service point and have the shipping note printed there. 
  6. Drop off the shipment at any of our service points. 
  7. Track the parcel via the Track letters, parcels, and pallets service

Additional services

Not Parcel Locker

If you, as the sender, do not want the recipient to be able to change the delivery to a parcel locker.  

ID check

The parcel is handed over to the recipient only upon presentation of valid proof of identity. Delivery can also be made by presenting a delivery code obtained through identification via BankID in the PostNord App.

Print Label

Print Label is included when purchasing PostNord Service Point. This means that you can print the shipping label free of charge at a PostNord service point by presenting a QR code.
