Our post office boxes are available all over Sweden in our service points and agents. The boxes are locked with a key that is handed out to you at the nearest PostNord Inlämning.
Mail is delivered to post office boxes every business day, between 08.30-13.00. Pick it up whenever works best for you.
With additional services like Mail Delivery we'll deliver letters and parcels from your box to your business address. Every business day, 08.30-13.00

How to order:
To order a post office box for your company, you need to become a business customer and create an account in our business portal.
When your registration is complete, you can find available post office boxes through the business portal.
How to pay:
Post office box is a subscription service and is paid by invoice six months in advance.

Can more than one company be registered on the same postbox?
No, there can only be one business registered to a single post offiece box, and be named on the agreement.
We also don't recomend businesses sharing a postbox. It's only the business registered to the post office box that can have it's mail forwarded, or terminate the subscription.
However it is possible for more companies to have the same post office box as mail adress. Please not though that if the company registered on the post office box has ordered mail delivery from the box, all mail in box box will be delivered to them.
Can private individuals share a post office box with their business?
Yes, a private individual cam share a postbox with their business or firm, in the same way that businesses can share a post office box.
But only one of the parties can be listed on the agreement.
The shipements are sorted in a way so that both the priviate individual's, and the company's mail, can be delivered to the box.
Can a foreign business order a post office box in Sweden?
To order a post office box a swedish organisation number is needed. This since the organisation number is a requirement for becoming a PostNord busniness customer.
If the business is foreign, and not registered as a Swedish subsidiary, it can be registered as a local branch.
The Swedish Companies Registration Office issues these registrations, and will assign the local branch a swedish organisation number.

Post office boxes are located at PostNord Inlämning, in our service points, and at some of our agents.
How do I find available post office boxes?
To see the current availability of post office boxes you need to log on to your Business portal account. There you'll be able to search for available boxes in your area.
Can I have both a post adress and a post office box?
Yes. Mail adressed to the box will be delivered to the box. Mail adressed to your street adress, will be delivered to your street adress,
When is mail delivered to a post office box?
Deliveries to post office boxes are made every business day. They are made earlier than deliveries to households, but not earlier than 08.30.
Can I get mail delivered from my post office box, to my company adress?
Yes. With the additional service, Mail Delivery. We'll deliver letters and parcels from your box to your company's street address every business day 08.30-13.00.
There are also additional services if you want your mail delivered at a specific time, or if you want to include Registered Mail in the deliveries.
You can also have your mail forwarded to an address of your choice. Shipments are forwarded every weekday to the agreed address within the Nordic region, making it an excellent option for customers who want their mail scanned.
Pleas note, though, that Mail Forwarding does not apply to Registered Mail, packages, Value Mail, or advertisements.
How do I end a post office box subscription?
If you are a business customer, you can cancel your subscription in the business portal.
If you're not a business customer and want to cancel a post office box, you can cancel the subscription by filling out this form.
Our post office boxes are only available for registered business customers.
