PostNord Return Drop Off enables you to make it easy for your customers to return parcels and gives both you and the customers full control over returns.

Using PostNord Return Drop Off is simple. You provide your customer with a return shipping document and instructions regarding how to make returns. The customer hands in the shipment at the nearest partner outlet and soon the goods are returned to you.

You can send returns from

Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Portugal, France, Poland and Czechia*.

*From January 2020.

When your customer wants to send returns

You provide your customer with a return shipping document or a valid QR code. The simplest way is to use our system, Send Direct Business.
Returns are handed in at one of our service points.

Maximum dimensions and weight per parcel

Max. weight 20 kg
Max. length – Nordic region 1.5 meters
Max. length + perimeter – Nordic region 3 meters
Max. length – Europe 1 meter
Max. length + perimeter – Europe 2.5 meters

 

Additional services

Climate Compensation

PostNord invests the full compensation in renewable energy production in developing countries. Fossil energy production is replaced by renewable.

Delivery notification

Notify your returns sender, or perhaps a third party, by text message or e-mail when the parcel has been delivered. Applies within Sweden.

Insurance

Claims can be made if the contents are damaged or if all or part of the contents have been lost. The compensation is based on the value of the goods.

Print label

With the Print Label, you provide the recipient with a QR code instead of having to send a hard copy shipping document. The shipping document is then printed out when the sender presents the QR code and hand in the parcel at a service point. Applies within Sweden and to Denmark.
