Postage rates for international letter
These prices apply to direct-payment customers. This only includes the most essential terms of service. For more detailed information, see the description of each service and PostNord’s General Terms and Conditions.
All prices in the price list are valid from January 1 2023, and are except from VAT unless otherwise stated. For more services and prices, see price lists for direct-payment customers.
Letters containing goods shall have an address label with a unique item ID number, customs documentation and customs EDI which can be created via Skicka Direkt. With this information stored electronically the delivery time can be faster compared to letters with stamps. It is important that you write the senders name and address on the letter, otherwise PostNord cannot send the letter to the receiving country.

When you need to send mail containing important goods or documents. You receive a receipt and Registered mail is signed by the recipient. Registered mail 10 000 may not be sent to approximately 30 countries, for more information see Terms and Conditions.
