Postage rates for domestic letter
This page only presents the most essential terms of service. For more detailed information, see the description of each service and PostNord’s General Terms and Conditions.
All prices are valid from January 1 2023, and are exempt from VAT unless otherwise stated. The prices below apply to direct-payment customers.

As of January 1st 2020, the bulk item surcharge is included in the price of stamped letters.

Domestic letter is normally distributed within two working days after drop-off.
Express letter
Delivery normally the following business day Monday–Friday except in certain geographical directions and zip codes (pdf in Swedish).

Purchase Express letter either at a service point or in Skicka Direkt. Print a shipping label, affix it to the mail item and drop it off at a postal agent.
Express letter may not contain means of payment and can not be posted on the mailbox.
Registered Mail
When you need to send mail containing important goods or documents. You receive a receipt and the Registered item is signed by the recipient.
You can Track and trace Registered Mail within Sweden.
The notification is normally delivered within two working days after drop-off.

Skicka Hem
Trackable mail service with delivery to recipient’s mailbox, for objects, goods and documents weighing up to 2 kg.

Your mail item may be at most 60 cm long.
Purchase Skicka Hem in Skicka Direkt. Print a shipping label, affix it to the mail item and drop it off at a postal agent. The service can be tracked. Skicka Hem provides you with drop-off and delivery confirmations, as well as e-mail or SMS notification. The service is not an additional service to another service. In addition, it is not possible to buy any additional services for this service.
Skicka Hem is normally distributed within two working days after drop-off. If the letter is too large to fit in the mailbox, it can be collected from a PostNord service point.
Bulky item
Mail/tubes with a thickness/diameter greater than 30 mm, or a short-side greater than 250 mm, are considered bulky (does not apply to International Registered Mail).
From January 1 2020, bulky item surcharge is included in the price of stamped letters.
