Export – sending to a different country
Do you want to send a consignment abroad? Information about the rules and procedures if you export goods or send letters or parcels to other countries is available here.
In terms of customs issues, export refers to sending goods to a country outside the EU – including from the countries that are regarded as being in the EU tax areas or excise areas.
Export for private individuals

Customs documents and shipping documents
When sending goods within the EU, a safety declaration must be included with the consignment. The safety declaration is on the bottom part of the green customs label CN22. If you buy freight via Skicka Direkt, you fill in the documents directly in the tool. Otherwise you can order here on the website or pick-up at one of our service points.
If goods are being sent to countries outside the EU, different requirements are imposed on you as a sender, depending on whether gifts or products for sale are being sent. More information is available from the Swedish Customs Agency.
