Parcel delivery from door to door – with delivery no later than nine o'clock the next day

Do you want to send parcels that arrive at recipients in Sweden by no later than 9 am on the next working day*? Then our PostNord Parcel 09 service is what you need.

Sending parcels with Parcel 09 is simple, safe and environmentally friendly. The parcels are collected from your door and we deliver them by no later than 9 am on the next working day*. The service is environmentally certified pursuant to ISO 14001 and quality certified pursuant to ISO 9001. You can of course track your parcel all the way to its destination.

How to send parcels with Parcel 09

Via Pacsoft Online, our online transport administration tool, you can book a collection, print shipping documents and create electronic advance notifications. You can also produce reports for checking and follow-up. This is free of charge for service agreement customers.

If you don't have access to Pacsoft Online, you can use an approved Transport Administration System (TA-system), or send a file with an advance notification, in accordance with EDI Transport Instructions. What you are allowed to send

Each parcel can have a maximum weight of 35 kg.

Parcels can have the following maximum dimensions

Length + perimeter3 meters

Permitted value of the contents of a parcel

We assume liability for goods with a value of up to SEK 150 per kg. If you want to ship goods with a higher value, you can take out a cargo insurance policy.

Can hazardous goods be sent?

This is permitted with the additional service Limited amount of hazardous goods. More information about dangerous goods is available here.

Additional services:

Via sms or email, you can inform the recipient or a third party

  • The date on which the parcel is expected to be delivered (advance notification)
  • When the parcel is on its way to be delivered (delivery notification)
  • Completion notification (parcel has been delivered/collected).
Delivery without confirmation:The shipment can be handed over to the recipient or a third party without the need for signing
Shipping paid by recipient:When the recipient should pay the freight fee. The recipient and the sender must both be credit customers.
Return order:We collect the parcel if the recipient wants to return it. Returns can go the sender or any other address.
Change in delivery arrangement:If you want to make delivery changes before the parcel has reached the recipient. You can, for example, change the recipient or recipient address, return the parcel to the sender, or request a longer period of retention of up to 30 days.

* In the unlikely event of us not delivering on time, you of course receive a full refund. The delivery times are longer to certain locations, including in the archipelago and along rural delivery routes. For exact delivery times, please see "Check delivery time".
