Our Express Parcels service allows companies to send parcels that arrive quickly

Does your company need to send parcels that arrive quickly? With Express Parcels, your parcel normally reaches the recipient’s door by 10 am* on the next business day at the latest, anywhere in Sweden*.

It is easy to send Express Parcels. We collect the parcels from you and deliver them to your recipient's door or drop them off at a service point. We always provide notification by text message before delivery, and if the parcel has to be collected we send an additional text notification to the recipient once it has arrived at the service point. You can track the parcel on its journey using Track letters, parcels and pallets.

*The delivery time may be longer between certain locations, depending on the geographical relationship between the place of handing in and place of delivery, for example in the case of rural postal services. See delivery times.

Shipping paid by recipientWhen your recipient pays for the shipping. You – the sender – and your recipient need to be credit customers in this case.
Recipient collectsThe recipient can collect the parcel at the nearest Express Parcel service point early on the next business day. We have Sweden's biggest network of collection points and are always close to your recipient. The recipient is notified via text message when the parcel is available for collection.
Delivery without confirmation of receiptThe parcel can be collected without the recipient personally accepting and confirming receipt of the shipment.
Climate compensationPostNord invests the entire compensation fee in renewable energy production in developing countries. Renewable sources replace fossil energy production. This is done by means of UN-certified CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) projects through Tricorona Climate Partner.
Goods insuranceTake out additional goods insurance for parcels with contents worth more than SEK 50,000.
