Do you want your customers to be able to return goods safely and easily? Then our Customer Return Letter service is what you need.

Our Customer Return Letter service makes it easy for your customers to return goods within Sweden and from a number of countries in Europe. You only pay for the returns you receive. All you need to do to offer your customers quick and easy returns is obtain a customer return subscription.

Customer returns domestic letters

Goods that your customers want to return within Sweden can simply be placed in one of our mailboxes or handed in at a partner outlet. We invoice the postage for the customer’s return in conjunction with the delivery being made to you. Return consignments are delivered as first class letters, and are usually delivered to you 1-2 business days after being posted.

Marking Customer return domestic letters

We allocate you a special postal code, to which all your customer returns are addressed. The recipient’s customer number and the special customer return postal code are stated on the consignment, as well as the text “Kundretur Brev”, alternatively the cliché for the service, available for download here.

Customer returns international letters

With Customer return international letters, you can receive returns from your customers in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark*, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland**, Italy***, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal****, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Goods returned to Sweden by your customers in Europe are delivered as first class letters. Delivery times vary from country to country, but consignments usually arrive 2–4 days after being posted. We invoice the postage for the customer’s return in conjunction with the delivery being made to you.

Shipping documents

Shipping documents can be created in our online transport administration tool Pacsoft Online, which is free of charge for service agreements customers – become a service agreement customer. Are you already a service agreement customer? Log in to Pacsoft Online.

Customs information and safety declarations

For goods shipped outside the EU, specific customs documents and safety declarations must be enclosed with the consignments. Read more about customs procedures outside the EU and download the document Safety declarations within the EU (pdf in Swedish).

The following dimension and weight limits apply to both domestic and international consignments sent using Customer Return Letter.

Length: Min. 14 cm and max. 60 cm
Width: Min. 9 cm
Width + length + thickness: Max. 90 cm
Max. weight: 2 kg

The following dimension limits apply to Customer Return letters sent as rolls or tubes:

Length: Min. 10 cm and max. 90 cm
Length + double diameter: Min. 17 cm and max. 104 cm
