The Business Reply Mail International service makes it easy for your customers to respond to a campaign, reply to a questionnaire, send in an order or return a product. All you need to be able to offer the Business Reply Mail International service is to take out a Business Reply Mail service subscription. You can do this via your sales representative or by contacting our customer service. You can then use it in any country.

You can choose whether you want your answers as an answer card, coupon or in an envelope. Business Reply Mail service is given a dedicated postal code, which you are given by us.
Directives regarding air freight goods
EU directives mean that, from April 29, 2010, shipments shipped by air have to be X-rayed to comply with air safety regulations. In cases in which X-rays cannot clarify the content of the consignment, it is, where possible, shipped using other modes of transport such as rail or road. As a result, the consignment will arrive later than expected. If that is not possible, the consignment will be returned to the sender.

What you are allowed to send
