What is Parcel?

Parcel is a service for companies that want to send parcels to other companies in Sweden – or elsewhere in the world – with rapid delivery. Parcels may weigh up to 35 kg within the Nordic region and will be delivered no later than 6 p.m. on business days throughout Sweden. To the rest of the world the parcel may weigh up to 31,5 kg and delivery times vary depending on the recipient country in question. The parcels are trackable all the way from pick-up to delivery via the PostNord App or on the PostNord website.

If you are one of our service agreement customers, you can book the service and print your shipping documents via Skicka Direkt Business. If you are not a service agreement customer, you can pay directly and print the shipping documents via Skicka Direkt (although only for sending parcels within Sweden).

In Sweden, parcels are delivered by 6 p.m. on the following day, with a few geographical exceptions. You can also select one of our additional services to have your parcel delivered no later than 9 a.m. or 12 noon. Delivery times to other countries vary depending on the recipient country in question.
