How do I send Parcel Post?
It is easy to send Parcel Post using Skicka Direkt. You pay the postage and print the shipping documents directly via your computer. Then you hand in the parcel at your nearest servicepoint. You can also pay for the parcel at one of our servicepoints.
Do you not have a printer? That’s no problem, you can print your shipping documents at our servicepoints. Just show the barcode you receive when making your purchase.
Notification
The recipient receives a SMS when the parcel is ready for pickup at one of our service points. The parcel is given a unique identity so you can easily track it using Track letters, parcels and pallets.
Delivery
Delivery times vary, depending on the destination of the parcel. Parcels normally arrive on the next business day*. Calculate the time it takes for the parcel to arrive at the recipient.
Returns of Parcel Post Domestic
If the recipient does not pick up the parcel, this will be returned to you. You will then have to pay a fixed fee for return handling, currently SEK 110.
Prices
All prices are based on the weight of the parcel. For parcel with a length of more than 1,2 m there is a supplementary charge, please see the applicable price list for details. See exact prices in the price list.
