International Parcel allows you to ship parcels to recipients anywhere in the world*. We pick up your parcel and deliver it to the recipient’s service point within a few days, depending on where in the world the parcel is to be shipped. In some countries, the goods are shipped to the recipient’s door.

*If you send parcels to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark (excl. Faeroe Island and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excl. Åland), France, Germany, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Polen, Portugal or Spain, we recommend using MyPack Collect, MyPack Home or PostNord Parcel. You can search for country-specific information for details regarding the specific country to which you are sending goods.

International Parcel shipments may not have contents with a market value exceeding SEK 25,000/parcel. Our transports may not contain hazardous goods or so-called limited quantities of hazardous goods.
Information regarding what is classified as dangerous goods and so-called limited amounts is available.

Booking

Skicka Direkt Business can be used to book collections, print shipping documents and create electronic advance notifications. Reports for checking and follow-up can also be generated.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on where parcels are sent. You can search for country-specific information for details regarding the specific country to which you are sending goods.

Additional services

For some countries, PostNord can provide additional services for International Parcel. We can, among other things, help with customs procedures for shipments sent outside the EU, and you can take out a supplementary goods insurance.

Goods insurance

We assume responsibility for goods with a value of up to SEK 400 + SEK 40.5/kg. and you have the option to take out a supplementary goods insurance policy via PostNord. It covers all types of permitted goods and items, except for already damaged or used goods. When you order and print out your shipping documents in Pacsoft Online, you can choose to add goods insurance per item, or in your customer profile if you want to have goods insurance for each individual future shipment.
