We collect the parcels from you and deliver them to your recipient's door or drop them off at a service point for express parcels.
We refund the shipping costs in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver by 6 pm on the promised delivery date.*

We collect the parcels from you and deliver them to your recipient's door or drop them off at a service point. We always provide notification by text message before delivery, and if the parcel has to be collected we send an additional text notification to the recipient once it has arrived at the service point. You can track the parcel on its journey using Track letters, parcels and pallets.

Express Parcels can be sent using Skicka Direkt Business. To use this service, you have to be a service agreement customer. If you are already a service agreement customer you can log in directly.
