Customer returns international letters

With Customer return international letters, you can receive returns from your customers in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark*, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland**, Italy***, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal****, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Goods returned to Sweden by your customers in Europe are delivered as first class letters. Delivery times vary from country to country, but consignments usually arrive 2–4 days after being posted. We invoice the postage for the customer’s return in conjunction with the delivery being made to you.

Shipping documents

Shipping documents can be created in our online transport administration tool Skicka Direkt Business, which is free of charge for service agreements customers – become a service agreement customer. Are you already a service agreement customer?

Customs information and safety declarations
