What rules apply within the EU?

When sending goods within the EU, you always need to include a safety declaration. Download Safety declaration within EU (pdf in Swedish).

What rules apply outside the EU?

When sending products to destinations outside the EU, you must enclose special customs documents with your shipment. See all the required information about customs clearance.

Useful to know about goods transported by air

Consignments transported by air have to be X-rayed to comply with air safety rules. If the X-ray does not provide any information about the contents of the consignment, it will be sent using a different mode of transport, such as rail or road. If that is not possible, the consignment is returned to the sender. This could result in delivery of the consignment being delayed.
