Personal delivery

If you want the addressee to personally acknowledge and collect a Registered Mail or Valuables shipment, you can request Personal delivery.

With Personal delivery, the shipment is only delivered if the addressee personally signs and collects the shipment – power of attorney and couriers are not valid. Posten then archives the signed notification. Personal delivery can only be used when the recipient is a private individual.
