Collect parcels from a parcel locker

The PostNord Parcel Locker (Paketbox) system gives you a secure yet versatile way to collect parcels using the PostNord App together with your Mobile BankID as proof of identity.

We are significantly increasing the number of parcel lockers, starting in the major metropolitan regions and progressively expanding the network.

Choose delivery to a parcel locker when you shop online

You will need the PostNord App and your Mobile BankID to open the parcel locker. Download the app today and register the same cell phone number and email address as you use when you shop online. You can also track your parcel’s journey to the parcel locker.

We will notify you when your parcel is ready for collection from the parcel locker

Parcels are automatically entered in the PostNord App by matching the cell phone number and/or email address with the information that the sender communicates to us. You will also receive notification by email or text message.

Confirm your identity and open the door

Use your Mobile BankID to confirm your identity via the PostNord App as soon as the parcel is placed in the parcel locker. You then only need to press a single button in the app to open the door on the parcel locker and collect your parcel. Make sure to stand close to the parcel locker with Bluetooth activated on your phone. Don’t forget to close the door again. If necessary, you can use the PostNord App or call our customer service to redirect your parcel to a staffed partner outlet.
