Choose how to receive your delivery
You can influence how you receive your home delivery. You receive a notification via SMS or email containing a link, stating that the delivery is on its way. This also appears in the PostNord app. You can easily make your choice in the app or on the web page to which the link leads.

You can choose the date and time for your home delivery. Possible delivery times on three delivery days are shown for your postal code.
Home delivery even if you are not home
When you book the date and time, you can also choose to have the delivery made even if nobody is home to receive it. If you live in a house, you can specify a place where we can leave the parcel. Once we have made the delivery, you are notified via email or text message. You can also choose for someone else to receive the notification instead. This could be a neighbor, your parents or someone else who you want to be informed that the delivery has been made. Once the consignment has been delivered, any right to claim compensation for your parcel expires.
In certain situations, this choice will not be available. This may be because the sender has chosen not to make the choice available or because of the content of the consignment.
Collect from PostNord
Collect the consignment yourself from PostNord. A map, the address, and the opening hours are displayed in the app and on the website that you access via the link in the notification.
Delivery to your partner outlet
You can have your parcel delivered to your standard partner outlet and then pick it up from there when it suits you. Parcels that are too large, for example that weigh more than 20 kg, cannot be delivered to partner outlets. In such cases, this delivery choice will not be displayed.
