Track your parcel all the way to the USA

When you purchase shipping to the USA, the parcel is almost always trackable, regardless of its size.

To track your parcel, you pay online and then bring your shipment to a service point. The receipt you receive at drop‑off includes the shipment’s ID number. Enter this number on postnord.se or in the PostNord app, and you can follow your parcel all the way to the recipient.

We take care of your customs declaration

When sending a parcel to the USA or Puerto Rico, you must complete a customs declaration.

For all letters containing goods, the CN22 customs form applies, and for all parcels, the CN23 form is required.
