Buy LetterPlus at one of our service points across Sweden. When you’re ready to send your letter, simply post it in a yellow mailbox or drop it off at a service point.
LetterPlus is normally delivered within two business days, directly to the recipient’s mailbox.

How to buy:
You can buy LetterPlus at your nearest service point by asking to send a letter with delivery confirmation. You can also buy LetterPlus using the self-service screen at a service point by selecting LetterPlus and entering the weight of your letter.
How to send:
Attach the LetterPlus stamp to the envelope and write the recipient’s name and address, as well as the senders name and address. Register the letter in the PostNord App by scanning the 2D code on the LetterPlus stamp, then drop it off at a service point or in a yellow mailbox.
What is the difference between LetterPlus and a regular stamped letter?
With LetterPlus, you receive confirmation when your letter has been delivered if you register it in the PostNord App. You can also check the letter using its shipment ID on postnord.se after it has been delivered.
Can I pay for LetterPlus using regular stamps?
No. To send a LetterPlus letter, you need to use a special LetterPlus stamp.
Can I combine LetterPlus stamps with regular stamps?
No. LetterPlus stamps and regular stamps cannot be combined on the same letter.
What is the delivery time for LetterPlus?

How do I register my letter in the PostNord App?
Open the PostNord App and go to the “Track” tab on the home screen. Tap “Add a PostNord parcel” at the top, then “Scan a barcode” to scan the letter’s 2D code using your phone’s camera. You can also enter the letter’s shipment ID manually. Finally, tap “Add parcel”. If you are sending several letters at the same time, you can name each individual one.
The letter will then be added to the app, where you can follow its delivery. Remember to enable push notifications to receive a notification when the letter has been delivered.
How do I register my letter in the PostNord App?
Go to postnord.se and enter the letter’s shipment ID under “Track your parcel, letter or pallet”. Please note that the letter will only be visible at postnord.se after it has been delivered to the recipient.
