What is Digital Stamps?
Digital Stamps is an easy way to buy postage online when you have mail to send. It allows you to send documents and goods weighing up to two kilos to recipients in Sweden and within the EU. To the rest of the world you can use Digital Stamps for sending documents. After confirmed purchase, you will receive a code that you write in the upper right corner of the letter instead of a traditional stamp.
If the mail is too large to fit in the mailbox, the recipient is notified that it can be collected from his/her nearest service point.
Delivery
How do I use this service?
- Go to the Skicka Direkt online tool.
- Select “Letters and lighter parcels”, max weight and press continue.
- Select “Digital Stamps”, amount and add to cart.
- Don’t forget to write the recipient’s address on the front of the mail and the sender’s address on the back.
- After confirmed purchase the code will be available to you immediately. It will also be sent to you as a PDF file together with your receipt at the email address you entered. The code is valid for ten days.
- Write the code at the top right-hand corner of the envelope/packaging using a black or blue pen.
- Submit your letter in a regular mailbox or drop it off at any of our service points. Click here to find your nearest mailbox and service point.
- Open the PostNord App and go to “Pay shipping costs”.
- Choose the destination, max. weight and quantity, and enter your email address.
- Don’t forget to write the recipient’s address on the front of the mail and the sender’s address on the back.
- After confirmed purchase the code will be available to you immediately. It will also be sent to you as a PDF file together with your receipt at the email address you entered. The code is valid for ten days.
