How FlexChange works
Customers receive a message, via sms, email, or through the PostNord app, when a parcel is on its way. Using the PostNord app or the web site, the day and time of a home delivery, or whether the item is to be collected from a partner outlet or one of PostNord’s distribution centers, can then be selected.
If home delivery is selected, it is also possible for the parcel to be left at a designated place even if no one is at home. Once the selection has been made, the customer receives confirmation of the chosen delivery option. In addition, the customer can easily change the time of a booked delivery directly in the PostNord app or online.

FlexChange – delivery even if the customer is not at home
Is the customer not at home? The customer can specify that the delivery is to be made even if nobody is at home to receive it. In such cases, the delivery is made to a location at the home specified by the recipient, such as at the back door, on the veranda or in the carport. Some exceptions may apply, depending on the customer’s choice or the contents of the consignment.
