File your complaint directly online – if you are a registered user, log in to have your user information entered automatically. Logging in also lets you see the status of past claims.

When you have submitted a complaint
- We will send you a confirmation when we have received your complaint. We will contact you if we need more information, such as a receipt or invoice documentation. Otherwise we will contact you when our investigation is complete.
- If you are not satisfied with the answer to your complaint, you may contact the Customer Ombudsman.
