Cancel a purchase or agreement

Please read the information below and use the form to submit your withdrawal request in a simple and secure way.

You can change your mind within 14 days
Within 14 days from the day you received your product or service, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund.
Fill in the form to submit your request. You can find your order number in your order history or in the order confirmation sent to your email address.

For physical products
You must have received the physical item before you can cancel your purchase.
Once you’ve submitted the form, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that a return shipping fee may apply when sending the item back.

For agreements or digital products
If you want to cancel an agreement or a digital product, the refund will be issued directly to the same account or payment method used at the time of purchase.

What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request has been submitted.
We normally get back to you within two business days.
Once your refund is approved, it usually takes 1–3 business days for the money to appear in your account.
