Replacement service
PostNord Untracked Letter is a new service that replaces the defunct Business Reply Mail International and International Customer Return Letter services.
Return shipments containing documents can be sent from all countries, facilitating participation from your company’s international customers in campaigns, surveys, or order submissions. The letters may weigh up to 50 g and are dispatched pre-franked, simplifying the response process for your customers. Your company is responsible only for the postage of replies that are returned.
Return shipments containing goods have a maximum weight of 2 kg and can be sent from a limited number of countries, as outlined below. These return shipments are sent as First-Class Mail, and you will only incur costs for the returns you receive.
To utilize PostNord Untracked Return Letter, you must become a service agreement customer and initiate a Business Reply Mail subscription by contacting our Customer Service department at 0771 – 33 33 10.
You can receive returns from your customers in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland*, Italy**, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal***, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Switzerland.

Delivery
Delivery times may differ by country; however, shipments are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Upon receiving returns from your customers, we will generate an invoice for the associated shipping charges.
Using our complimentary Skicka Direkt Business tool, you can conveniently prepare address labels and customs documentation for returns from non-EU countries.
When dispatching letters containing goods within the EU, it is essential to include a safety declaration, which is generated alongside the freight label.
Air Transport Directive
As of April 29, 2010, all parcels transported by air must be X-rayed to fulfil the air safety regulations pursuant to the applicable EU directive. If the X-ray is unable to establish what the parcel contains, it will be transported by other means – road or rail, for example – instead. If this is not possible either, the shipment will be returned to you.
How do I send documents?
You have the option to receive responses in the form of an answer card, a coupon, or within an envelope. Please note that the Business Reply Mail requires a specific zip code, which will be provided to you upon subscribing to our service. Business Reply Mail can be dispatched through mailboxes in all countries and will be processed as First Class Mail. You may collect your reply mail from the designated collection point you selected, and you will only incur charges for the responses returned to you.
How do I send goods?
You can utilize our complimentary shipping tool, Skicka Direkt Business, to print shipping documents and download reports for verification and follow-up. Additionally, you may employ your own transport administration system (TA system) that is approved by PostNord.
