What is PostNord Untracked Letter?
This is a service intended for companies that want to send letters with lighter goods abroad at a lower price. The service is not traceable. The parcel may weigh a maximum of 2 kg.
Delivery in and outside the EU
Delivery times vary depending on which country you are sending to. PostNord Untracked Letter usually has the same delivery time as a 1st-class international letter.
When you send goods within the EU, you must always attach a safety declaration. A shipment ID and unique barcode must be placed on the letter if you send goods outside the EU. Address labels and customs documentation can easily be obtained through our free tool, Send Direct Business.

Directive for air transport
As of April 29, 2010, all parcels transported by air are subjected to X-ray scanning to comply with aviation security regulations, according to EU directives. In cases where the X-ray cannot determine the contents of the parcel, it will be sent by other means of transport, such as train or car. If that is not possible, the parcel will be returned to you.
