What is Large letters with sorting code?
A service for everyone who wants to send large volumes of business letters (at least 100) within Sweden, with different weights (max. 2 kg) and in different formats. In order to have the letters delivered directly to the recipients’ mailboxes, you need to affix a bar code to the letters and hand them in at one of our service points or mail terminals. If the letter does not fit into the recipient’s mailbox, it will be forwarded to the nearest service point.
To utilize this service, you need to be one of our service agreement customers.
Delivery
Large letters with sorting code are delivered within 1–2 business days.
How do I use this service?
To each letter (at least 100), attach one of our Port Payé block labels along with a bar code, which you can download from Skicka Direkt Business. Enter the addresses of the recipient and the sender.
Before dropping off the letters at one of our service points or mail terminals, you need to register an electronic invoice document. If you are sending more than 5,000 letters, you need to book your letter shipment no later than 9 a.m. on the day you drop off the letters. You must also always include a shipping note.
