What is International Customer Return Letter?
International Customer Return Letter is a service for companies that want to make it simple for their customers to return goods weighing up to 2 kg from multiple countries in Europe. Returns are shipped as First Class Mail, and you only need to pay for the returns you receive.
In order to use this service, you need to be one of our service agreement customers and to take out a Business Reply Mail subscription by contacting your sales representative or our Customer Service department.
You can receive returns from your customers in these countries:
Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark (excl. the Faeroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland*, Italy**, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal***, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Delivery
Delivery times vary from country to country, but shipments are normally delivered within 3–5 business days. When you receive returns from your customers, we generate an invoice for the shipping charges for you.
You can easily prepare address labels and customs documentation for returns from non-EU countries using our cost-free Skicka Direkt Business tool.
How do I use this service?
You can use our cost-free shipping tool Skicka Direkt Business to print shipping documents and download reports for checking and follow-up. You can also use your own transport administration system (TA system) approved by PostNord.
