What is Business Reply Mail International?
Business Reply Mail International is a subscription service that makes it easy for your company’s international customers to participate in a campaign or a survey, or to send in an order. The letters may weigh up to 50 g and are sent pre-franked, making it simple for your customers to respond to you. Your company only pays postage for the replies that are returned to you.
In order to use Business Reply Mail International, you need to be one of our service agreement customers and to take out a Business Reply Mail subscription by contacting our Customer Service department on 0771 – 33 33 10.

Air transport directive
As from April 29, 2010, all shipments transported by air must be X-rayed in order to fulfil the air safety regulations pursuant to the applicable EU directive. In the event that the X-ray is unable to establish what the shipment contains, it will be transported by other means – road or rail, for example – instead. If this is not possible either, the shipment will be returned to you.
How do I use this service?
You can choose whether you want to receive answers as an answer card, a coupon or in an envelope. The Business Reply Mail must have a special zip code – which you will receive from us after taking out your subscription – and must be labelled in line with the instructions stated in the fact sheet. Business Reply Mail can be sent via mailboxes in all countries and will then be distributed as First Class Mail. Collect your reply mail from the collection point you selected, and only pay for the replies returned to you.
