What is Business Reply Mail Domestic?

Business Reply Mail Domestic is a subscription service that makes it easier for your customers to respond or return items to you. They can use it to participate in a campaign or a survey, to send orders or to return items weighing up to 2 kg. Your customers received pre-franked material that they can then use to respond or return an item to you, with fast delivery. Your company only pays postage for the replies that are returned to you.

In order to use Business Reply Mail Domestic, you need to be one of our service agreement customers and to take out a Business Reply Mail subscription by contacting our Customer Service department on 0771 – 33 33 10.

Business Reply Mail Domestic and Business Reply Mail Direct

There are two types of business reply mail; choose the one that best suits your company: Business Reply Mail Domestic and Business Reply Mail Direct. For example, if you need to send coupons or slightly heavier shipments weighing up to 2 kg, Business Reply Mail Domestic is the appropriate choice. However, if you are sending enveloped reply mail weighing up to 250 g, Business Reply Mail Direct is the better option.

Delivery

Business Reply Mail Domestic replies will be delivered to you within 1–2 business days after your customer dropped off the shipment. If your company has a PO Box as the delivery address, delivery will be made on the following business day, with a few geographical exceptions.

How do I use this service?

Send Business Reply Mail Domestic

In your business reply mail, you include reply packaging, stating your company’s name and customer number, as well as the reply mail town and zip code (which we supply). Customers can then simply return the reply mail to you via the nearest mailbox or one of our service points.

Send Business Reply Mail Business Direct

In your business reply mail, you include an envelope featuring a pre-printed bar code and label that PostNord supplies. On the envelope, you state the name and complete address of the person who is to receive the reply mail. You can also use a reply card, which is not enveloped, but therefore needs to be printed on paper with a higher grammage.

Once customers have received the reply mail and decided to use it, they can return it via the nearest mailbox or the nearest service point. Business Reply Mail Direct letters may weigh a maximum of 250 g, and they cost less to send than other reply mail.
