Registered Mail International

Send important documents and smaller goods securely using Registered Mail International.

Choose whether you want to send Registered Mail 2 000 (content value max. SEK 2,000) or Registered Mail 10 000 (content value max. SEK 10,000). This is also the highest amount of compensation available if your shipment becomes damaged or is lost. Compensation is calculated on the basis of market value, but the contents may not be notes or coins in either domestic or foreign currency. If you breach the content regulations, for example by sending contents with a market value that is too high, no compensation will be paid for damaged or lost items. For more information see Conditions for Service agreement Customers.

Registered Mail items can be left at our drop-off points.

EDI and item ID-number

As a service agreement customer you shall send an EDI-file including information about your EMS item, at latest one hour before posting. Please feel free to use our Pacsoft Online system without any charge.

EU directives for air freight

In line with EU directives from April 29 2010, items that shall be transported by air have to be x-rayed in order to ensure that they satisfy flight safety regulations. If x-ray scanning cannot determine the content of an item, the shipment must be sent by other means, if that is possible, such as train or truck. This may result in your shipment being delayed. If this is not possible the item will be returned to sender.
