Shorter retention time in PostNord's parcel lockers

We want to create a more efficient flow to enable faster and smoother deliveries. Therefore, we will soon shorten the retention time in our parcel lockers across the Nordic region.
 
Today, a parcel remains in a parcel locker for seven days. We are now working towards a standard retention time of three days, so that more compartments become available — and so you can pick up your parcel from a parcel locker conveniently located near your home.'
 
The change is planned to be implemented in September 2026 in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Finland will follow in 2027.
 
Need more time to pick up your parcel? In the PostNord App, you can easily extend the retention time to a total of up to seven days.
