Information about capacity surcharge for our service agreement customers

In order to be able to deliver the large number of parcels that are sent before and during Christmas, we are introducing a capacity surcharge on some services. Capacity surcharge is applied to certain parcel services between November 23, 2026, and January 15, 2027.

From Black Week through the Christmas holidays, we see a significant increase in parcels. To ensure that all parcels reach their recipients on time, we take several actions during this period.

For example, we rent extra trucks, hire drivers and extra staff, extend opening hours at delivery points, open temporary delivery points, and perform home deliveries on weekends.

To cover the increased costs this entails, we introduce a capacity surcharge during the most intensive period. Between November 23, 2026, and January 15, 2027, you pay a capacity surcharge of SEK 1,50 per Home Small, and also SEK 4,50 per Service Point, Parcel Locker, Home, Return, and Return Pickup.
