Information about capacity surcharge for our service agreement customers

In order to be able to deliver the large amount of packages that are sent before and during Christmas, we are introducing a capacity surcharge on some services. Capacity surcharge is applied to Varubrev and certain parcel service between November 20, 2023, and January 12, 2024.

From Black Week until after the Christmas holidays, we have a large increase in packages and Varubrev. To ensure that all shipments reach their recipients on time, we take several actions during this period.

For example, we rent extra trucks, hire drivers and extra staff, extends opening hours at delivery points, open temporary delivery points, and perform home deliveries on weekends.

To cover the increased costs this entails, we introduce a capacity surcharge during the most intensive period. Between November 20, 2023, and January 12, 2024, you pay a capacity surcharge of SEK 1,50 per Varubrev and MyPack Home Small and also SEK 4,50 per MyPack Collect, MyPack Home, Return Drop Off, Return Pickup.
