Give your customers more delivery options.

We are now increasing the number of home delivery options with FlexChange.

In our app or at, the recipient can:

  • Book a home delivery – and select a day and a time.
  • Modify the time of a home delivery that has already been booked.
  • Request delivery even if no one is at home.
  • Request that the notification is sent to a neighbor or relative who can be responsible for the delivery.
  • Choose to collect the delivery.

Book a home delivery – select day and time

The customer can choose the day and time of a home delivery. Three days with possible delivery times are displayed for the relevant zip code.

Delivery even if no one is at home

When the recipient books a day and time, it is also possible to have the delivery made even if no one is at home to receive it. In such cases, the delivery is made to an area of the home specified by the recipient, such as the back door, on the porch or in the carport. Once we have made the delivery, the recipient receives a text or email notification. The notification can also be sent to a neighbor, parent or someone else who is to be informed that the delivery has taken place.

Some exceptions may apply based on your choice or the shipment contents.

Recipient collection

This choice allows the recipient to pick up the item when it suits him or her. A map, the address and the opening hours of the partner outlet at which the shipment is located are displayed.
