Send electronic shipping instructions (EDI)
Generate electronic shipping instructions (EDI) for parcels and pallets for a faster and simpler service. This also helps us to maintain higher quality and delivery reliability in all our services. We're happy to help you if you're not sure what to do.
You send your shipping instructions to PostNord Logistics. These instructions will contain all details of the shipment(s). There are two formats for electronic shipping instructions: XML and EDIFACT via EDI.
PostNord Logistics must receive the shipping instructions before the shipments physically arrive at one of our sorting terminals. You can send several files in one day but not one file per shipment.

Specifications for shipping labels
When you log in to our portal for developers, you will be able to reach our documentation for EDI and creating shipping labels. You select in a list which country you would like to ship from and the next step is choosing the specification for shipping document that you want to use. Log in here
