Posten expects to commence settlement on or about June 7, 2006 to those shareholders who accept the Offer during the extended acceptance period.

Posten will initiate compulsory purchase of the remaining outstanding minority shares in Strålfors within shortly.

Posten's CEO, Erik Olsson, makes the following comment:
"I am pleased that the acquisition now can be completed. This will give Posten's and Strålfors' customers access to a broader offering that will provide them with the possibility of making their customer and business communication even more effective. The acquisition will increase Posten's competitive position on the market for information logistic services, which is in line with our defined strategy and vision to deliver world-class communications and logistics solutions."
