Change of address and forwarding – make sure your mail goes to the correct location when you move
Are you planning to move, or have you recently done so? You can change your address and forward mail via Change of Address.
“Forwarding after a move” allows you to forward your mail for 12 months. Do you want to forward your mail for a shorter period? Then choose “Temporary forwarding” instead.
You can have all your mail forwarded, but it is not possible to forward parcels and pallets.
Forward the mail of a deceased person with Special Mailing Address
In the event of a death, you may need to receive the deceased individual’s mail. Change of Address helps you have it forwarded to a different address.

Mail holding – pause your mail delivery
Are you going on vacation and don’t want to return home to a full mailbox? Then you can pause your mail delivery and let us hold your mail for you instead.
You can have your mail held for a maximum of two months. While it is being held, your mail cannot be collected. Rather, it will be delivered to you when the holding period is over.
