Collect Letters and Parcels

​When collecting your parcel, registered mail or cash-on-delivery shipment, you must present identification.

It is important that the name on the shipment matches the name on the recipient’s identification.

If you are collecting a shipment for someone else, you must present identification for both yourself and the recipient.
 
The notification you received indicates where to collect your shipment.
 
If the shipment was sent via Registered Mail or Valuables, the recipient must sign the notification. 
When you collect your shipment, you will need to provide the four-digit code from your text message or present your letter or e-mail notification.
