PostNord Parcel 12, former DPD Business Parcels 12 pm, are delivered the day after collection, no later than 12 pm. Your shipment is fully bonded for the duration of its time in transit, and with our delivery guarantee you receive a refund if, contrary to expectations, we fail to deliver on time. Our business parcel services are quality certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and our environmental work in accordance with ISO 14001. In addition, we institute an environmental declaration of conformity in accordance with EPD, the logistics industry's common regulatory code.
Efficient: We collect and deliver door to door.
Fast: Delivery no later than 12 pm the following day (restrictions apply, see Facts below).
Delivery guarantee: Shipping charges refunded if, contrary to expectations, we do not deliver on time.
Liability/insurance: PostNord assumes liability for goods to a value of up to SEK 50,000 per shipment. You may also take out a supplementary goods insurance policy.
Collection Request: Request collection of purchased goods from another sender. The delivery can be sent to the company requesting the collection or to another recipient.
Recipient Freight: The recipient is invoiced for the cost of shipping. Both the recipient and the sender must be invoice customers. PostNord must always be notified in advance via EDI that the Recipient Freight service is being used.
Limited Quantity of Dangerous Goods: Dangerous goods may not be sent, although a limited quantity of dangerous goods may be sent using the PostNord Parcel 12 service.
Delivery without a POD: The item may be delivered without the recipient having received the item personally and signed for it. The delivery record* is proof that the item has been delivered.
*Information on the delivery record may be obtained via the goods tracking function.
Pre-advice: Provide advance notification to your recipient via SMS or email. The notification specifies an estimated delivery date for your parcel. The message is sent as soon as the parcel has been registered on our system, i.e. by the driver collecting the goods or at the terminal.
Delivery advice 12 pm: Notify your recipient via SMS or email. The notification specifies that the parcel will be delivered before 12 pm. The message is sent once the driver has loaded their vehicle and leaves the depot.
Confirmation of delivery: Notify your recipient via SMS or email. The notice specifies that the parcel has been delivered. The message is sent once we have registered that the parcel has been delivered to the recipient.

With PostNord Parcel 12 pm, companies send goods door to door within Sweden. We collect from you and deliver to your recipient's door no later than 12 pm the following working day, provided your recipient is another company (in certain areas, longer delivery times may apply). The price includes a delivery time guarantee, which means that you will be refunded the shipping costs if we fail to deliver within the promised time. Each parcel may weigh no more than 35 kg (maximum size: length 1.75 m and length + perimeter = 3 m).
