Optional service point
Give your recipients the choice of where to collect their parcels. Order our additional service Optional service points.
Optional service point is an additional service to PostNord MyPack Collect. It is free of charge. We need to receive an electronic shipping instruction (EDI) from you.
Freedom of choice for your customer
When ordering, your recipient states which service point they want to collect their parcel from. For example, they may choose one near their workplace or near a temporary vacation location.
By offering Optional service point in combination with SMS notification, you make things extra easy and convenient for your customer.
Optional service point — how it works
To be able to offer Optional service point, you need access to our Service point database.
Usually, the customer is given the option to choose service point as part of the ordering process in an online shop. This means that our web service has to be integrated into your online shop.
The support for choosing service point is also incorporated into Pacsoft Online and several other transport administration systems approved by us.
