Download of forms

Change in Delivery for letters, parcels and pallets – if you need to make changes to a shipment item after mailing but before delivery, e.g. a change of address or retention period.

Change in Delivery for DPD and Post Parcel International​ – if you need to make changes to a shipment item after mailing but before delivery, e.g. a change of address or retention period.

Estate administration certificate – for executors/trustees of a deceased person's estate. (Swedish only)

Power of attorney – used if you cannot sign for the mail item yourself.

Print error refund – you may request a refund for any printing errors produced by your franking machine. (Swedish only)

Pre-printed forms

Pre-printed forms (reprint) must be ordered via Customer Service. The minimum order quantity is 500 copies. Allow approximately 10 business days for delivery. The customer will be charged the cost of reprinting.

Customers who want to order invoice documentation forms for reprint should send an original form or invoice documentation sheet together with the text they want pre-printed to:

Information required with your order

  • Form number
  • Quantity
  • Customer's name
  • Contact person + telephone number
  • Delivery address (street address + postal address, PO box not acceptable)

It is important that the correct shipping address is included with the order as the printer always dispatches the forms by PostNord Parcel.
